TJ originally hails from Detroit, Michigan (Brighton/Howell area) and was diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic cancer. TJ's wife, Janet, was by his side and his full-time caregiver since his diagnosis in July 2013. The cancer spread rapidly and he became sick in August 2013. TJ fought a valiant fight but passed on December 8, 2013 with his family and friends by his side. TJ and Janet, along with their families, are well-known in Dorchester/Savin Hill, Quincy and throughout the Irish Community in Boston. We appreciate your support and hope to see you for an evening of family, friends and fun!
